Restored missing damage issuer to the Rhinoceros Beetle. Added Ukrainian, Russian, Arabic and Hebrew languages. Theoretically completely vanillafied the UI to take maximum advantage of the out-of-the-box Godot 4 control nodes functionality, which includes RTL language support, to achieve stable cross-directional language support. Added some additional functionality to improve UI layouts when switching between LTR and RTL languages.
